Quality shield for every release. An internal test reporting platform for YCP Digital that gathers every run in one place and decides whether a build is fit to ship.

Aegis (Automated Evaluation & Gate for Integrated Software) follows a release through six quality phases: acceptance criteria become traceable test cases, each build is tied to its commit, QA checks critical flows by hand, then a pipeline runs the full HUB regression suite and streams results in real time with logs, screenshots and traces. Failures are grouped by cause so known issues are recognised at once, and the build only moves on when no critical issue remains against the release rules. Sign-in goes through Microsoft Entra ID, so access stays within the organisation.

The end-to-end suite that covers HUB, an internal ERP. Playwright and TypeScript, running in GitHub Actions on every pull request.

Built around page objects and shared fixtures so a flow is described once and reused across specs. Authentication is seeded rather than clicked through, test data is created and torn down per run, and failures ship with a trace, a screenshot and a video so triage does not start with reproducing the problem by hand.
